Letters on Your Wedding Day

Your wedding day is a MAJOR event that requires so much planning, hard work, and sacrifices. Leading up to the big day can be so exciting but also stressful.

Writing letters to each other to open the morning of your wedding day can be a sweet reminder of what all that hard work was for.

Take the time to write out all your thoughts about your journey and what it means to be marrying the love of your life.

As wedding vendors, this is on of our favorite things our couples often do. They sometimes include a special gift with the letter as well (think watch, cufflinks, earrings, pictures, etc.).’

Letters can also be an amazing addition to your wedding film. Especially if you are not reading written vows during the ceremony.

We love to use audio we capture from the letter readings to help tell your your story in film. We actually recommend you read the letter you wrote on camera first. Then we, along with your planner swap the letters so you can read what you future spouse wrote to you.

Why read the letter you wrote on camera? It is a letter written by you from your perspective so the audio flows better in your film and helps you tell your own love story in the wedding film. Then you get to privately read the letter that was written to you.

Letters can be a sweet way to calm each other and center yourself as you prepare for one of the biggest days of your lives as you wait for the ceremony.
